Netherville Residents, by choosing not to employ administrators, pay a smaller monthly maintenance/body corp levy for the day to day running of the village. The Village is governed by an annually elected Executive Committee. The maintenance levies cover public lighting, lawn-mowing, gardening, maintaining of facilities and all building insurances. Residents pay their rates and home contents insurance.
